Stalls
Octanorm stalls are required for exhibition area, registration counters, travel, and information desks. Plan your requirements and we will that for you at your venue. Should your exhibitors like to get them designed or have any specific requirements, we will be able to get that done too.
Catering Services
Arrangement for lunch, dinner, and refreshments is one of the critical decisions while organizing a conference or a small meeting. Our caterers provide high quality and hygienic foodstuff be it North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Chinese, Mughlai even fast food.
Travel Arrangements
Air tickets, outstation, and local travel arrangements, including all types of buses and cars. We also provide pre-conference travel management and travel desk services during your conference promising best experiences for your speakers and participants.
Photography
Immortalizing event memories be it dignitaries on the stage, speaker on the podium, participants asking questions or interacting with experts, is must for everyone. We arrange both still and video photography for your conference. We also provide special services for recording only slides with the voice for sharing presentations with the participants.
Venue Booking
If you are planning to organize your conference or meeting in a star hotel, let us make your arrangments at special prices. We will manage everything from booking to conference arrangements. You just need to move and start your event.
Equipment on Rent
We provide projector, laptop, mic, speakers, amplifier, mixer, presenter, poster boards, electronic display, LCD TV etc on rent.
